Menus & Beverages


We have an extensive range of delicious menus appropriate for formal or informal functions. Our food is fresh and prepared solely for your function. A Selection of two dishes will be served alternatively unless a Buffet Package is preferred.

Music & Entertainment


The Homestead has an overhead Stereo system to play Cd,s or Cassettes. We encourage you to select your entertainment be it juke box, Dj or Band. A Harpist or Jazz band can add a nice touch to the atmosphere whilst enjoying photos and savouries in the gardens.

Table & Interior Decoration


Classic & Neutral interior creates a warm friendly ambience that makes all guests comfortable. Flexibility to decorate the room to suit your event theme. Cosy Log fire and gas heating.

Wedding Ceremonies


Romantic Stone Church ruin dabbled by old world roses is one of many photogenic backdrops to make your wedding service extra special. Guests mingle & enjoy savouries during photos.

Conferences & Workshops


Unique conference venue for conferences of all sizes. Modern conference room and professional staff who realise your time schedules may need to be flexible provide an ideal and stress-free venue. A major feature of The Homestead Brogo is that the venue can be booked on a sole use basis if required for security, privacy or commercial secrecy considerations. The Homestead has already been selected as a venue by many leading National Companies and provides excellent Conference packages at very competitive prices.
Conference facilities include a light, airy conference room catering from 10 to 180guests, heated and with access to large verandahs overlooking gardens, 200year old Apple gums and a majestic Mumbulla Mountain backdrop . The Homestead can arrange the following equipment: Data projector, whiteboard, flipcharts, overhead projector, slide projector, TV, DVD and video, broadband internet connection, flexible layouts. Recreational activities which can be included in your program are horse riding, canoeing on Brogo Dam, ball games and bushwalking. There are Vineyards, beaches, tennis and Golf nearby. An exclusive tour of our family 950cow working Rotary Dairy farm can be arranged.

Social functions


We can cater for the function you desire, be it large or small, day or night, formal or casual. The minimum number we will cater for is 40. Conferences, however, have a minimum of 20guests. We are licensed to seat 180. Possible functions include: Engagement Parties, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Conferences, Christmas Parties, Business and Social events. The Place is yours with no interruptions - just tranquility and bellbirds calling!
